Small/ Medium / Large Knits TRACKED DELIVERY: Royal Mail 2nd class - £5.99

All packing is recyclable 

 

We send everything tracked delivery to ensure your purchases arrive safe. Tracking details will be sent as soon as package has left hands. 2nd Class tracked generally takes 3-4days. In some cases this may be longer due to royal mail. this is completely out of our hands. I will provide as much help as possible but the tracking is there to have that security for yourselves and ours.

International Shipping

.If you would like me to ship internationally please contact me on the contact tab and i will come back to you asap with a courier cost. That way i can ensure it 100% gets to you :)

Returns

As you know our fur babies come in all shapes and sizes and our knitwear comes in small, medium and large so please allow some variation in sizes. Please use the size guide below to find the right fit for your dog. Or send us a direct message on instagram at dellapop_ or email us at dellapopknits@outlook.com ( all lower case).

We know that you and your dog will love their new knitwear, but if you would like to make any changes. Please get in touch! The item will then need to be returned in its original condition within 14 working days. please return tracked for security. Once we have received it, a refund will be processed immediately, or an exchange will be sent within 2 working days.
